In week 8, we take a new spin on "Forgiveness". Instead of worrying about who you might have to forgive, ask yourself if you need Forgiveness?
It can be easy to blame ourselves or lack compassion toward ourselves over minor shortcomings or errors from the past.
If we are busy using our vital energy attacking ourselves, it becomes truly challenging to use our energy for our preferred outcomes or becoming who we wish to be.
The challenge is to begin to truly notice times when you are caught up in old story-lines or when you need to give yourself a break and be forgiving with yourself!
The challenge for the next 7 days is to Give yourself Forgiveness.
