Michael Brown's book, "The Presence Process", is an unusual method for step by step exploration of yourself, challenging you to grow beyond self-limiting beliefs and inner disturbances. It is certainly worth investigating.
He encourages a breathing exercise that requires daily breath practice for 15 minutes twice daily. Breath is continuous and synchronized with internal messaging as follows: I - inhale AM - exhale HERE - inhale NOW - exhale IN - inhale THIS - exhale Repeat over the course of 15 minutes, staying focused on your breath and messages.
In Week 8, the focus is "I forgive myself" in this self-guided approach. [In the video, I referred to this as the focus on week 7 but it is actually week 8 "I forgive myself" - rather than week 7]
Each week has a different focus or theme and is the focal reflection for that week along with the breathing exercise.
