Hi Everyone! Thanks for joining us on week 3 of 10 week Find Calm journey. In week 3, we engage the power of gratitude in this exercise.
Life can be very complicated and filled with struggles. Yet somehow there are small pockets where we recognize the good and have something to be grateful for. This can be a dogs wagging tail, a sunny day, or a small word of kindness.
Whatever it is, searching for something to be grateful for increases a sense of well-being and calm. Try this one out for the next 7 days with us.
Take the time for the Gratitude Attitude in this exercise for the whole week.
For most people after stress or trauma exposure the body is impacted significantly and we need to tend to this with compassion and skill.
