Thanks for joining us on week 2 of 10 week Find Calm journey. In week 2 the focus is Replaying the Positive!
Practicing the positive resets our mind and focuses our attention on a state of well-being,. Take the time to practice replaying the positive in this exercise for the whole week. For most people after stress or trauma exposure the body is impacted significantly and we need to tend to this with compassion and skill.
