I am a huge fan of "Relaxed Breathing" exercises and encourage everyone of my clients to find a practice (or variety or breathing practices that work for them). Of course, not everyone finds breathing exercises helpful right away but with practice most people can find an approach that is helpful for managing run-away stress.
The challenge offers you a simple but powerful antidote to stress. Join us in this 7 day challenge.
The challenge for the next 7 days is to commit to a relaxed breathing exercise! The more you practice something like this, the better you get and the greater the potential rewards.
Take the time for Relaxed Breathing everyday for the whole week.
For most people after stress or trauma exposure the body is impacted significantly and we need to tend to this with compassion and skill.
