Examine your spiritual well-being in your trauma recovery by reclaiming feelings of contentment, appreciation, happiness.
Often at the core of our deepest desires are peace, contentment, calm, and happiness. Yet we can frequently focus on material goals as the source of happiness or frustration.
In this week, the challenge is to find the core of where true happiness lives inside of you. Take the time for to “Let yourself be OK – as it is!” in this exercise for the whole week.
