In this Seeds to Transform exercise – We will start by focusing on deep “self-relaxation” and then move into planting seeds of releasing and transforming our life from the inside out.

The goal is not to change anything by force or immediately but rather to relax, release and envision a revitalized transformed way of living.

This is very experiential and you will want to be in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Find a place where you can relax with eyes closed or softly unfocused.

CHALLENGE

Now leaving judgment behind, capture in writing the thoughts and images that came to your mind of:
  1. What areas in life do you need to grow and change?
  2. What your future life would look like?
  3. What you would need to do to achieve this?
  4. What can release that is no longer serving you?
