Trauma does not just simply go away after some time. Applying certain key factors to your trauma healing is of the utmost importance when it comes to a faster recovery.

One key factor is learning to persevere and own your traumatic symptoms.
This means that it is OK to feel the way you are feeling after traumatic event(s) and that the symptoms are real.

Through this self-awareness and recognition, you will be able to identify which parts of the healing requires your time and effort.

But most importantly, you must learn to persevere to recover.
