How to Conserve your energy after Trauma Ask Dr Anna S.2.E.5 We all know what that is like to have lots on our minds. After trauma, we need to conserve our energy in order to heal. Start by clearing your mind and focusing on what is most important. 1. What is most important to you? 2. Get really centered and focus inside of yourself and clear. Then ask yourself "Who are you and what is most important to you right now?" 3. When you get clear about this you can truly gather all your energy and focus more precisely on what you want to accomplish. 4. Focus on the 1 important thing - rather than scattering your energy on so many things that nothing gets accomplished!
