I have been contemplating the obsession we have in our culture with being HAPPY ... Seems that this over exuberance makes many people feel like they are failing or somehow just not doing life right.
Well, I would like to turn the table and engage in quiet contentment or simple pleasures (i.e., a slow walk on a cold sunny day bundled up, a heated bean bag for after the walk, a conversation with a friend).
I want to challenge you to notice where sweetness can enter into life in the simplest of ways.  The challenge is to simply pay attention and notice where little joys and gentle moments surround us daily.  
Notice if you miss life's simple beauties because you are looking for something that is not achievable or demands so much you are exhausted.
