Subject: Reflections on Self Compassion

Friend Self Compassion
for relief of depression & anxiety
A client came to my office expressing strong negative feelings toward herself - driven by a past history of bullying
She was constantly putting herself down and feeling awful when things did not turn out as she hoped or expected.
She described a sense of not being worthy of kindness from others or having peace and calm in her life.
She didn't know what to do or how to break the negative cycle.
We talked about retraining the brain to go to the positive and agreed on the practice of self-compassion

This exercise has the power of transformation when practiced regularly
SHE TURNED HER LIFE AROUND WITH DAILY SELF- COMPASSION!
