How to create a containment vessel to deal with difficult situations

Ask Dr. Anna S2. E26

Sometimes, you do need a mechanism to put a strong emotions in a vault to face an acute situation. This video will demonstrate how you can create a still vault in your mind for when you are faced with something difficult, allowing yourself to stay focused on the present.

Learn how you can lock up difficult situations in the past by using simple office tools.

This Week's Challenge:
1. Recall a difficult situation that you experienced.
2. Draw an image on a piece of paper that represents a moment that you struggled to deal with.
3. Lock the image in an envelope shut.
4. Imagine the moment locked in a vault.
5. Now let go of the memory. Focus on living in the present.
