At times after trauma, a person might prefer to withdraw from the people who might be able to help. There are times when you need to reach out for help, support and guidance. With the right people on your help team, you can make great progress in your goals!
Challenge:
1. Identify your goals.
2. Ask someone for help with your goals - this might be a professional, family member, colleague or friend.
3. Remain open, you might be amazed at how much support you can receive just by asking.
