Dr Anna Baranowsky speaks about core emotions of Love and Fear and how they guide our response to life and those around us.
We have all had times where a deep emotion was ignited from an experience or interaction. Yet if we really pay attention to the core of the emotion without judging it, we are able to simply attend to the emotion without having the interaction or experience feel completely out of control.
This is a place where reflecting, noticing, and honoring our deepest feelings without connecting it with a script or a moment in time can be very freeing.
Just notice if you are feeling some fear and tensing or tightening around feelings of fear leading to a worsening of symptoms.
