Quick TIPS for managing stress 1. Change your physiology in 2 minutes - breathe! 2. Naturally produce oxytocin - self-hug. 3. Chemicals are connected to all emotion - ride it out. 4. Take in the good - intentionally go to the green zone. 5. Slow down.
