Subject: Friend, 69% believe a mental health crisis is on the way. Rise to the challenge with Trauma Practice today

Dear Friend

We are proud to yet again be part of the annual Great Canadian Giving Challenge. June is the month where Canadians shine at their best for their generosity, compassion and commitment to community.

This year more than ever Trauma Practice for Healthy Communities is reaching out and helping Canadians in the GTA and across Canada as they navigate through the #covid19 crisis. From quarantine to increased isolation Canadians have had to confront so many struggles and challenges. 7 out of 10 Ontarians believe that we will be facing a "mental health crisis" once the restrictions are lifted. With so many more emerging from isolation with anxiety, depression and many other challenges - our work is needed more than event.

Throughout this year we have been there, thanks to you, with supports so that no one falls through the cracks. This June, Trauma Practice participants are asking us to step up and be there with support and resources for trauma recovery. With your help we are there - every step of the way.

From our newly launched partnership with Allied Foundation to help first responders navigate post trauma recovery with the Trauma Recovery Program, to providing over 500 clinic hours of in-person clinician led group supports. You, our donors make the difference for every individual who can access our trauma informed programs for free.

It is you, our supporters that are helping us rise up to the challenge of moving all our support groups and resources to online access. With our dedicated clinicians and teams we are making sure everyone has access to help to make healing happen.

So how can you help during the month of June? Every dollar you donate this month brings us one step closer to winning a $20,000 prize to fund our programs.

What difference does your support make? A LOT!
