Today I am going to teach you the strategies I am using on Betfair in 2021 to profit. I have been trading for more than 10 years. When I started, I was trading everything. I traded horse racing, tennis, and football. It went on for so long, and the more I did it, the more it drove me crazy. I was over-trading, and it got me bored and fed up. I love trading because it has given me an amazing life, and I decided something needed to change.
I decided to go through my profit and loss stats and how much time I spent on each sport. I also checked how profitable each sport was for me. The stark reality dawned on me that I was more profitable in tennis and football than in horse racing. Yet the truth was that horse racing took most of my time. In tennis and football, I traded less and made much more "less is more."
In his book “essentialism” -Greg McKeown talks about what is essential in life. I decided to focus on what is essential. Things took a turn, and I traded less and made more money, and I was finally enjoying trading.
Fast forward to 2021- am I still trading football and tennis? Absolutely! They are the two spots that I focus on. In my trading, I am a big advocate for KISS. Keep it short stupid, don't overcomplicate your trading.
