How do you turn your list of potential trades into a list of trades?

Here is a question for you- how do you pick your trades for the day?

I want you to create a checklist and start documenting the process you use to narrow down your trades. It will ensure you have a system for trading.

Here are some questions you can answer

1. Why did I pick that particular trade?

2. Why didn't I pick the other trade?

Write down all the trades that made it to your shortlist as well as those that didn't make it. 

The next day go through your answers and ask yourself 

• Was I right in the ones I picked? Yes/No

• Was I wrong with my picks? Yes/No

Remember! It's not about right or wrong answers. We are collecting data that will help us create a system of trading.

Without data, you really don't know anything, let alone which decision to make.

The trick is very simple!
