All Philips Pagewriters, including the TC20, have an incredibly simple "1-2-3 Process" which makes the workflow accessible and trainable to anyone on your team, no matter their level of experience. All your tech or EKG facilitator needs to do is follow the workflow of the buttons below, which shows both on the touch screen and as buttons on the actual unit:

| | | | | MAP: To begin, simply press the Map button and place the leads on the patient. An anatomical map indicates where all leads should be placed and whether they are placed correctly. Once the tech places all the leads correctly, the TC20 senses you are ready for the next step, the ID button will light up and allow you to proceed. |
| | ID: Once leads are mapped correctly and the ID button is pressed, the Patient information screen will show on your TC20. You will then enter any patient information that your particular facility requires.

| | ECG: Once you have entered your pertinent patient information in the ID screen, you are ready to perform your ECG. The patients ID, Name, and DOB are shown at the top of the screen to verify that the correct patient is selected.

| | And that's it! Once the ECG is taken and finalized, the TC20 boasts a wide range of network options to connect to your EMR or ECG Management system. We can help you connect to your system, no matter what you have - whether you use Philips Intellispace, Philips Intellivue, MUSE, Epiphany, etc.
