Refurbished Philips iE33 F Cart
Combining unprecedented 2D and 3D image quality in the same machine, with a host of easy-to-use quantification, clinical performance, and information management tools, the iE33 xMATRIX ultrasound system addresses the clinical needs of managing patients with cardiac diseases, including: heart failure, valvular disease, and congenital heart disease.

iRotate allows the physician to investigate difficult to view areas. This doesn’t require constant searching of an “open window”, normally obscured because of the rib cage. Instead, iRotate electronically accesses that area automatically.

The Philips iE33 ultrasound delivers superb image quality that a cardiologist would expect out of a high end system.

Refurbished GE Vscan
With Sector Probe
A handheld, portable ultrasound monitor that can fit into the palm of your hand. The user friendly device has a minimal number of keys on the navigational wheel interface, therefore allowing the user to concentrate on the patient, instead of trying to navigate the device. This device changes the way physicians examine their patients; they are able to quickly and efficiently look into the body. The images are based on ultrasound technology.

The GE VSCAN images provide black and white anatomic and color-coded blood flow images in real time. During an examination, voice recording can be utilized and stored onto the device. Viewing different organ images is simplified due to presets. Another benefit is that the VSCAN helps unnecessary testing and helps speed up diagnostic decisions.

The VSCAN comes with its own software that is a gateway between the user's computer. Just a few of the features that this software offers is it allows the user to view stored images, image annotation, playback of recorded audio files, and additional information for the patient can be added to the exam information.
  • GE Refurbished Factory - Validated by GE Technicians
  • 90 Warranty
Clinical Applications for the VSCAN include:
  • Cardiac
  • Abdominal
  • Urology
  • Fetal /OB
  • Pediatric

Tax Move Before the End of the Year
Is your practice purchasing less than $2.5M in equipment this year?

You may qualify for up to $1,000,000 in tax write-offs from the IRS's Section 179 Deduction. Most people think the Section 179 Deduction is some mysterious or complicated tax code. It really isn't.

Essentially, Section 179 of the IRS tax code allows businesses to deduct the full purchase price of qualifying equipment and/or software purchased or financed during the tax year. That means that if you buy (or lease) a piece of qualifying equipment, you can deduct the FULL PURCHASE PRICE from your gross income. It's an incentive created by the U.S. government to encourage businesses to buy equipment and invest in themselves.

Here's a Simplified Breakdown

2018 Deduction Limit = $1,000,000

This deduction is good on new and used equipment, as well as off-the-shelf software. This limit is only good for 2018, and the equipment must be financed/purchased and put into service by the end of the day, 12/31/2018.

Section 179 does come with limits – there are caps to the total amount written off ($1,000,000 for 2018), and limits to the total amount of the equipment purchased ($2,500,000 in 2018). The deduction begins to phase out on a dollar-for-dollar basis after $2,500,000 is spent by a given business (thus, the entire deduction goes away once $3,500,000 in purchases is reached), so this makes it a true small and medium-sized business deduction.
