Subject: Hi Friend - boss sd-1 overdrive bypass fix!

Hi Friend,
I hope you had a great Easter weekend! I'm excited to GIVE
you the mods for how to fix the boss sd-1 bypass. Let me
explain...

I've had tons and tons of people ask me about a mod for the
boss sd-1 bypass. When off, sometimes you can hear the
'bleed through' of the distorted signal. This modification
will cure that.

You'll need a j201 jfet transistor, a 1n4148 diode, and a
.1uf cap. Looking at this diagram:
you will see how it should be hooked up.

If this is all completely new to you and you have no idea
how to use a solder iron or don't know what a diode/cap/
transistor/etc is, you'll need to purchase either the "how
to build effects" book, the "how to modify effects" book,
(http://www.indyguitarist.com/206-memberpricing.htm) or one
of the individual DIY modification guides ( http://www.guitartone.net/singlemod.htm ).

Special thanks to several of the folks at
www.diystompboxes.com forum who pointed out this
modification to me! Also, it IS exactly what the other
'modders' are doing to the boss sd-1, they got it from the
same place!
