Subject: Hi Friend - Quick question for you

Hi Friend I hope you had a great weekend! I wanted to get your opinion on something real quick. I've had several folks email me wondering why the price was so high on the newest book, "How to build effect pedals...a step by step guide". I think that part of the problem is that I didn't do a very good job explaining what buying the book gets you. I'll be brief here - basically the book will 'hold you by the hand' so you can build your first pedal the very same day. And, unlike any other DIY books by other authors, I provide tech support for you should you have any problems not getting it to work. The tech support is really the expensive portion of the purchase -- there are many times that a customer will contact me for tech support and I'll draw up diagrams for them, call them on the phone, even have them ship their pedal to me so I can personally take a look at it. So, as you can see the cost of the hard copy book goes to much more than just the physical pieces of paper you hold in your hand. ****HERE IS MY QUESTION FOR YOU, Friend! Would you prefer to get ahold of this book for 1/2 price? I've been thinking about releasing an ebook (download) or CD version of this book at $20-25 or so. However, at this price I wouldn't be able to provide any tech support should you have any problems. Would you prefer this method? If so, please reply back as to your thoughts on this - I greatly appreciate it! This doesn't mean I'm DEFINITELY going to do this, but it has always been (and always will be) my personal goal to provide products and services that my customers will benefit from greatly and that they can afford. If you aren't sure what book I'm talking about, the details are here: http://www.GuitarEffectsOnline.com Take care Friend, Brian http://www.indyguitarist.com/ -- http://www.guitartone.net/ -- http://www.GuitarEffectsOnline.com PS -- I have a couple of extra pedals in stock- a blue fuzz and a vintage overdrive. Send me back an email if you'd like to get them. They'll be cheaper as they are "Scratch and dent", though you can't tell it! $109 for the blue fuzz and $89 for the vintage overdrive or $175 for both.
