Hi Friend

I don't usually write newsletters or emails about my personal
life but in this circumstance I feel compelled to. There is something
very personal and important to me going on and I wanted to share with you. :)

I am in Guatemala right now, picking up my little girl... you see,
my wife and I are adopting a 9 month old girl here. We adopted my
(now) 7 year old from Russia when he was a baby.

I'm not sure if you've ever been involved in an adoption in any sort
of way but it's a truly unique and life changing experience. I honestly
feel that some people are given the heart for it and I feel that it is a
calling of sorts. Some may disagree and that's ok.

The process is expensive - but we have been blessed to have several
donations from family, friends, and church members and use credit
cards when we have to. All in all, God has provided for us every time
when we are in need.
