Subject: A great idea for you, Friend, from indyguitarist

Hi Friend, hope your having a great weekend!! If you want to read the html version of this, simply go to www.indyguitarist.com/704a.htm I actually had a break-through idea this week. I was thinking: "what's the one thing musicians need?" Immediately "money!" came to mind--if your like me, your broke most of the time, but live to play and be involved with music. Its more than a passion, its a lifestyle for many of us! I started thinking of other ways I could help fellow guitarists out, and I kept coming back around to money. So, I went with it..."how could I help other guitarists pursue their dreams, and still bring income to them?" After talking to a few friends of mine, I realized it was sitting in front of me all along--let me explain... You may or may not know that I offer DIY effect pedal mod kits for sale, through www.guitartone.net - well, there is a way for you make a bit of cash on the side, and all you have to do is put a link on your own website (assuming you have one, your signature (if you post on messageboards), or even in your own music store on their bulletin board! How does it work? Well, you type out a link, which points a a clickbank.com website address. What clickbank does, is take credit cards and process the credit card transaction, then redirect the customer to the product they then have access to. In my case, it would be the download page at www.guitartone.net/download-mods.htm which process the transaction through clickbank. Want to know how you can make some cashflow now? Here's the good part: If you go to this website address - http://www.guitartone.net/affs.html - you can put a link on your website/signature on messageboards/music store bulletin board, and get 50% of each sale that clicks on that link and buys--at any time! Even if they come back later and buy! Clickbank will send you a check every two weeks--I use this myself, so I KNOW it works! It's easy-all you have to do is check out this web page and it will walk you through it: http://www.guitartone.net/affs.html -------------------------- On to other stuff!! :) New mods coming out this week: Ibanez DE-7, BOSS PS-2, and Marshall Shredmaster New Custom Pedals coming out this month: Distortion pedal that is similar to my ds-1 mods, but has a boost on the end, to boost up parts where you need to be louder--perfect for a lead guitarist! Optionally, it will probably have a switchable 'voicing' feature, which will switch to a different voicing, similar to a totally different ds-1 mod! Overdrive Pedal--My 316/BSM TS-9 will become its own pedal! It will have a few extra features, though-like the same type of boost the distortion pedal (above) will have, and might have a feature similar to the fulltone's 'comp-cut' feature, and/or the 'flat mids' feature. Here's the difference between what the other builders are doing, and what we are doing, though: All of our switches are stomp-style, with led indicators! We only build pedals that are gig-friendly, and in my opinion, I just don't see the standard small switches as being usable when your band is gigging--its kind of hard to jump around, having fun, then stop, bend down, and flick a switch. Now, you can STOMP IT! :) WHEW! Sorry for the long-winded mail! Have a good weekend/week, and thanks for your support--its great folks like you who put us #1 on the search engines for 'effect pedal mods'! That means that we are the fastest growing pedal modder right now, and we appreciate all of your support, and emails! If your curious, here's the link: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&q=effect+pedal+mods Thanks! Brian www.IndyGuitarist.com and www.guitartone.net PS-You don't have to respond to this email, unless you want to--you won't hurt my feelings! I just am proud to have you as a friend, and supporter of INDYGUITARIST.COM!
