Hello Friend,
If you have a blog, chances are that you spend considerable time providing quality content. Everyone knows how difficult it is to get quality content. And to publish it on a regular basis. You want to be sure that you actually maximize the effectiveness of that content you’re producing.
Today’s tip is to be sure that you have a very specific call to action in every single one of your blogs.
A click is gold. Make sure your readers ALWAYS click on something. Each blog should point your readers to something they MUST do to get the next benefit. A transaction starts with the click. That’s the first and is followed by many. What’s next? Every blog post should have one end goal. That can be as simple as “Like and Share” or “Optin” or “Download” or “Add to Cart”. Your blogging efforts must be deliberate. Simply posting your blogs and having the “build it and they will come” mentality will not bring you the boatload of action takers that you may wish. You must make sure that you effectively direct your visitors to take your desired action.
Bonus Tip #2 - Maximize your blog audience and make a couple of tweaks to make your blogs more readable. Keep your bloggers on your site by cross-referencing your other content in your blog post. Make sure your blog post is ‘eye-appealing’ - lots of white space. Make good use of headlines, images, and bullets to allow for your skimming readers. Make sure you restate your post's premise in the conclusion. Many of your readers are skimmers and will only read the first and last paragraph, so be sure you have a succinct summary of the post in your final paragraph.
Building an engaged audience means it should be filled with your target client and customer. The goal is to find quality subscribers, not everyone.
