In
autonomous driving systems many components like sensors, algorithms and
actuators have to work together seamlessly. To handle this complexity, systems
are designed on different architecture levels. |
|
| | Starting with a high-level view, more and
more details are added at each level. On each architecture level event chains
are identified and specified. An event chain step is a reference to a modeling
element of the architecture, but it is not a part of the architecture itself.
This is a small but important difference.
You want more to know about the goals for
each architecture level, then:

Are you interested in timing in autonomous
driving?
The international ATZ Conference
"Automated Driving – From Driver Assistance to Autonomous
Driving"(formally "Driver Assistence Systems") offers the ideal
platform for driver assistance systems.
We would like to invite you to our presentation
“Start the flow! Why timing of autonomous driving functions needs to be taken
into account at an early stage“ on the 2nd of April 2019 at 14:30,
held by Olaf Schmidt.
Learn about using state-of-the-art
simulation and worst-case analysis tools for evaluation of real-time
requirements and design optimization does massively reduce project costs and
risks. |
