LIVE IT THIS WEEK Matt 5:17-37 | AFFAIR OF THE HEART
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
It's FEBRUARY already! Are you kidding me?
We're back in high gear. Many things are happening. And we're constantly being challenged: Is busyness robbing us of blessedness?
We're so blessed to be united in this journey with others... for our marriages, families and parishes overflowing to the world.
Here's how we've been blessed...
On Saturday we had our Monthly Catholic Family Gathering. For the last few years now we've been truly blessed to have 50-80 people in our home every month for this context of faith-filled food and fellowship. Truly awesome to see great blessing unfolding in marriages and families!
For more than a year, on a weekly basis, more than 30 LIT Group (Live IT) teens have been gathering in our home to grow as a missioned community of disciples. This is entirely peer led. They're taking it to a new level with a special IGNITE-YE (Youth Edition) taking place at St. Francis de Sales on Thursday, February 16. (FACEBOOK PAGE)
Last week we also had our first LIT Gathering with Holy Trinity Parish Core Mission Team. We are so inspired to experience blessings unfold among these wonderful disciples. Along with similar teams at other parishes, these are seeking to become missioned communities of disciples. (MORE)
Here's blessing offered to you...
