Real World. Real Mission.
Such an amazing "corridor of grace" we are in right now! Between the Solemnity of the Holy Trinity and Corpus Christi this Sunday! Jesus Christ with us in the flesh “till the end of the age.” (Matt. 28:20) And don't we need Him? On the occasion of our nation's bicentennial in 1976, the man who would become Pope St. John Paul II said something remarkable. While visiting Philadelphia, the birthplace of our United States, he warned that we are now facing the "final confrontation" with the "anti-Church."
Over the top? Too pious? We really need to wake up. Parents are outgunned by a culture intent on undermining God’s design of man and woman in His image (Gen. 1:27), seeking to institutionalize gender confusion and completely deprive parents from critical decisions including abortion and “gender-affirming” measures (many pursuing this on the ballot in Ohio and other states). More consequentially, the numbers of those attending Church, receiving the sacraments, living godly lives has never been lower. Jesus Christ is the only answer. Why do we wonder why the stats on depression and suicide have never been higher?
It’s time pastors, principals and parents quit pulling punches. The world is tripping over the low bar set by so many. Too afraid to boldly, clearly and constantly address the consequential issues of this day. Too afraid of what people may think. Unable to recognize that fear of speaking with loving boldness will “lose them” has paved the way to them being lost. Now leaving us in a Land of the Lost. Empty pews. Empty eyes reflecting bewildered souls.
In our churches are we not fatigued by ever cycling through the next, greatest faith program that, without addressing the core issues, like a rollercoaster, only takes us up and down, round and round, only to get off where we began? With more spiritual resources than ever before, and the absence of children emerging from homes intentionally alive in the faith, in absence of parents who have a meaningful, daily prayer life, it seems like we’re forming more Catholic program junkies. Not intentional disciples.
I’m just asking the hard questions. With four fingers always pointed back at me. Because I want to believe Jesus wouldn’t ask us to pray for His Kingdom to come without providing the means. Without making us His means.
It's not enough to go to Mass. It's about fostering a culture of relationship at the heart of religion and ritual. (Pope Benedict XVI) Without which we're simply hydroplaning. On the “religious road” but our wheels are not quite touching. We’re not getting where we know we’re meant to go. And more often, we’re spinning out of control.
We can dismiss all of this. Get on with our lives thinking they’ll automatically get better. Or get serious. About who we are. Even more, Whose we are. This is a moment of great opportunity. Of great grace being outpoured. Of great revival. For real. Forged in the fires of real repentance. Which comes when we recognize our call to the Best (real holiness), how far we are from it, and earnestly desire to get there.
Do you want that? What are you willing to sacrifice for it? Are you willing to change mere good things for God’s thing?
We believe genuine revival is real. Right now. With demonstrable effect. With the power to transform individual souls, marriages and families. Do you want it?

With numerous families over a decade we give testimony to what God can do in forming children to vibrantly, joyfully, sacrificially own and live their faith into adulthood. To be the best version of themselves in every area.
Our movement is called Image Trinity. With all that’s going on the world, we want to be united with families going after it. We’re about families discovering and living our unsurpassed identity and mission in the Trinity. We're united in building the Kingdom. We offer vision, a plan, tools and accompaniment to Live IT (Image Trinity).
Now is the time. And it will require resolve to overcome pressure to remain mediocre. It will require stepping up. But we promise you it will be worth it. If you lean in right now, we promise you will see transformation in your young adults and adults away from the Church, and for those with children yet in the home, you will discover a new, godly vitality, meaning and purpose reverberating throughout your home.
This is what we’re about. In addition to our weekly Live IT Gathering Guides, award-winning radio program and podcast, and so many marriage and family forming events, this November 3-4 we’re leading a diocesan-sponsored Sanctus: Eucharistic Family Revival led by the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal. Leading up, we’re wanting to launch a full-scale Catholic revival movement in September.
If you recognize the need for this movement of the Holy Spirit as much as we do, we humbly ask right now that you please partner with about 50 of us who have been driving this movement that has been impacting thousands. Their regular prayers and monthly support fund about 50% of our basic costs.

GOSPEL | John 6:51-58
Jesus said to the Jewish crowds:
"I am the living bread that came down from heaven;
whoever eats this bread will live forever;
and the bread that I will give
is my flesh for the life of the world."
The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying,
"How can this man give us his flesh to eat?"
Jesus said to them,
"Amen, amen, I say to you,
unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood,
you do not have life within you.
Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood
has eternal life,
and I will raise him on the last day.
For my flesh is true food,
and my blood is true drink.
Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood
remains in me and I in him.
Just as the living Father sent me
and I have life because of the Father,
so also the one who feeds on me
