Hello! The last days of “summer.” The time for one last hurrah. The calm before the storm that is the first day of school. Finally, some sunshine! (That’s what I’m saying this year.) August can bring a variety of emotions and experiences so I’m going to devote this issue to fun. Who couldn’t use a little extra fun before fall kicks into high gear? Speaking of gear, are you.... Wrapping up your summer reading?
I just finished a couple of books I really appreciated: The Postcard, a biographical novel based on the author’s family during WWII, and Four Thousand Weeks, a non-fiction title about how we spend our time.
