I created these meditations to support you during these stressful times.  It is important to care for your mind, body, and spirit through meditation, exercise, and proper nutrition.  

Ground yourself by connecting to God, your higher power, your sacred power -- the Way to get through confusing things in life.  

I hope you will be able to take create some quiet time and listen to them.
