Subject: Will You Betray Yourself?

Time-sensitive - open now.

Will you love or betray yourself this holiday season?

Can you believe it's the last month of this year?

December is Prime-Time for betraying ourselves instead of listening to our inner guidance. That's because it's really difficult facing all the rich food on offer, the expensive gifts or contributions to staff gifts that are expected from us, the invitations we don't have the courage to say no to, family demands, the sense of being on holiday...

This year is extra special as Covid has kindly gifted us with a new variant, flights are being changed and cancelled, countries are opening and closing their borders, we're never sure if meetings and parties will go ahead and if they'll be in person or on blessed Zoom...

Thanksgiving and Diwali are done but Advent and Hannukah have just started and Christmas, Kwanzaa, Bodhi Day and New Years are still ahead of us.

It's crazy!

"Self-Care? What?! Who has time!! I'm too overwhelmed and/or depressed. I'll just get through this and then I'll think of what I actually want and need, ok?"

Or maybe for you, as things slow down, you might be dreading the impending loneliness of a quiet month of being painfully alone while everyone else is so busy and belongs somewhere...

For many years I chose to not take leave from my psychology and healing practice over this period because it's a time people often need extra support.

Why?

Because it’s a veritable mine field of triggers for most of us.

Money, family, food, end of year, new year hopes, fears and resolutions...

During this time we can really get to see the many ways we don’t love ourselves and how we override what we actually want and need.

On the bright side, because of this, it's a powerful time to practice loving ourselves and changing old patterns that no longer serve us.

So I got thinking, what if I create a free end-of-year self-love bootcamp sort of thing?

What if I virtually support you through this tricky time with a daily, one-liner reminder or exercise to help you keep your focus on listening to your inner truth and making self-loving choices as you navigate the overwhelm of socialising (in person or online), eating, money spending / gifting craziness, work, family triggers, loneliness, expectations, hopes, disappointments...

So here's my question to you.

How will you love yourself and tune into your own truth in the midst of this holiday time?

Would you like me to support you through it with a daily, VERY SHORT reminder?

If so, sign up HERE and for every day of December I'm going to email you a one or two line message helping you to keep your focus on what's most important to you.

It will involve the Love Question.

You can check it out here. Doing this will help me focus too. Let's do this together!

Please share this with anyone you know who might also like to have support or use this time to make a real change in the old patterns.

Why am I doing it for free?

Maybe I'm a little mad. I don't know. If it runs well, next year I might charge for it. But for this first run it's free. I want to see how it goes.

So don't miss out. Sign up now.

Set yourself up for a beautiful take-off of 2022 and make this the year you learned how to LOVE YOURSELF during the holiday crazy.

I send you this "I love myself" letter every Wednesday morning so that in the middle of the week you get a loving reminder to listen to your own Truth and ask yourself the Love Question!

For lots more memes, videos, challenges and conversations with like-minded people who are also learning to do this, join me on my social media.
