I know I keep saying this, but I feel like I need to.
Because people keep telling me how they feel they aren't good enough for someone or something, or they're not doing something well enough...
So please hear this.
Everything is part of your life journey.
There isn’t a ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way for you to do life.
Most of us judge things about ourselves.
Maybe you think your body isn’t good enough;
or you have depression or anxiety or shame;
or you’re scared to start your own business,
or you’re afraid of people;
or you fear sex;
or you think you’re not good enough in some way.
Those things are part of you— and it’s OK.
You have permission to exist.
As you.
Just the way you are.
There’s nothing you need to fix or change in order to be OK.
Trying to fix things about yourself gives you the message that you’re not enough.
But where you are is just fine.
Stop chasing.
You are already at your destination.
The destination is you.
Give yourself permission to exist.
Say yes to yourself.
Open your heart to the experience you’re currently having and find what you can appreciate about it.
And remember to listen if there’s discomfort, because it’s showing you’re turning away from your Truth somehow.
Then ask the Love Question to find the way that feels better to you.
Love yourself in this moment, just as it is.
Just as you are.
You have full permission to exist as you.
Whether you achieve your desires and goals by the end of your life adventure doesn’t define you or your worth.
It’s just detail.
Every life experience is your destination, not just a small town you’re passing through.
It’s what you are busy doing.
Read this aloud:
“This is my life, and it is good enough.
I’m here to live my life as me.
It’s good that I’m here.
I have permission to exist.”
Each moment you are in has all you need. Don’t dismiss it or belittle it.
It’s a gift for you.
Treat right now as special because it is—you’re in it.
If I loved myself, what would I choose to say to myself about who I am and where I am in my life right now?
