I LOVE this book!
It answers one of the greatest dilemmas we seem to have in life,
“How can I look after myself while I’m with others?”
When you read it, you’ll learn what it actually means to love yourself and how on earth to do it without damaging your relationships and losing what you love.
It's the stuff I wish everyone could know...
And it's the stuff we find the hardest in our lives - relationships.
With ourselves and with others..
So I'm making an announcement.
I will NOT leave you all alone to read it without someone cheering you on as you start to make the beautiful changes that this book will inspire for you.
I'm starting a Book Club - Eilat-style.
This isn't a wine and chat sort of thing.
It's a transformational journey of reading this book together as a community.
Because that's what I love doing best.
And in this community, we do the things we love best, right?
Book Club is an amazing opportunity to read the book together as a community WITH the author (that's ME! 😀)
The power of groups is learning from hearing each other's challenges and successes and getting to share your own. And feeling you are part of something special.
We will meet once a month online (so everyone can join) and we'll discuss and share and dive deep into the chapters of the month. I will answer your questions, join in the conversation and sometimes take you through decision-making processes...
It's going to be EPIC.
Book Club members will also receive a weekly worksheet and summary for each chapter that I've put together to support your self-processing.
Then, once a month, one member of the community will get the opportunity to have a half-hour live session with me in our community chat space to model how this process works in real life.
Seeing it in action is often what brings the real the aha moment.
Real changes are bound to flow from all this!
You can join no matter where you are in the book.
I am SO EXCITED!!
We start on 21st February and there's a special launch price for February only.

If you loved yourself, what would you choose to do now?
