Subject: Burnout or Joy?

Which do you choose?

Are you creating burnout or joy for yourself?

When you look after yourself, it feels good.

When you don't, it feels bad.

It's so, SO simple.

Looking after yourself creates joy and not looking after yourself creates burnout, depression, anxiety, overweight, fatigue, illness...

We all know this, so WHY don't we do it?

It's as though we don't believe we're allowed to follow our good feelings somehow...

Like we believe we must suffer and pleasure is dangerous and bad...

Even me.

I teach this stuff and I still have moments where I see something I want and then think, "Oooh no, I can't do THAT."

For no reason other than it's not what people normally do.

But I mean, why is that even a factor in my decision-making?

If it's not going to harm anyone, why can't I just do it, if that's what I feel like doing?

Why is it not ok to do what will feel best to me? Even if it's unconventional.

We literally need to be taught how to give ourselves permission to exist.

In our own lives.

That's why I'm really, REALLY excited about the guided experience we begin next week. Today is the last day you can join. Click here and read about it.

How to Look After Yourself in a Hectic World.

I wish everyone would do this.

Six weeks with me and a small group, where we are going to blow our minds with the amount of permission we give ourselves!!

And the funny thing is, we are so worried it is a selfish thing to do and yet, as you give yourself permission to exist, EVERYONE in your life benefits.

JOIN US!
