I was once chatting to a brilliant (and unusually psychologised) oncologist that I admire.
They were speaking about their day of crisis and life-and-death decisions, and I said, "Wow! I'm glad I don't deal in saving lives every day the way you do."
My oncologist colleague looked at me in surprise and said, "Oh, but you do!"
And, suddenly, thinking back on all the clients I've journeyed with...
Some of them in really harrowing and life-threatening circumstances...
I realised it's true.
I've never forgotten it.
That realisation of what I hold in my hands and heart each day of my work life.
The same is true for most healthcare practitioners.
And the thing is, if your doctor, or therapist, or healer isn't feeling well, they can't be as present for you as they'd like to be.
And if the reason they don't feel well is because they are consistently putting everyone else's needs ahead of their own...
Well, that's not only sad...
It's dangerous.
So that's the reason I feel so strongly about my colleagues.
They hold a lot of people's well-being in their hands and hearts.
So if you are not a therapist or doctor or coach...
Remember, that when I focus once a year on our healthcare practitioners...
And offer them empowerment and upliftment through my life-altering journey...
Please don't feel excluded.
I'm doing it for all of us.
In fact, I want to ask you to help me uplift and empower my colleagues.
Please spread the word to all the healers and therapists and doctors you know.
I'm offering a brand new FREE training on self-care for healthcare practitioners.
And it's accredited for 1 Ethics CPD point.
Trust me, they'll want to hear about this.
You can forward them this email.
Or copy-paste and send this to them:
