Welcome to our January newsletter. It was so great to end last year on a positive note, as we welcomed 600 attendees to our first virtual Colorist Mixer. Unfortunately, COVID continues to affect us all, and since we received an overwhelmingly positive response from our Mixer audience, we plan to host several more of these online mixers this year - although probably a bit shorter than 24 hours next time! If you missed the Mixer, or some of it, we are releasing videos of the sessions on our website over coming weeks, plus some of the resources from the Mixer including a Monitor Calibration Checklist. If you are interested in joining upcoming Colorist Mixers, make sure you've signed up for updates. We know many of you, like us, must be frustrated or worse - stuck at home and getting sick of it. Remember, we've got years of free resources on the website, and loads of upcoming remote classes discounted for COVID, so hopefully you can use this time to continue to upskill and refresh your knowledge and passion for color. We are trying to make the website easier to search - we'd love to know what you think of its new look! Also, check out the latest Color Tour plus a magical mind map on starting your own boutique post house; see an unboxing of the new ProArt monitor; reminisce about travelling by watching our vlog on Taipei; and have a look at the brand new offering from Digital Vision. Hope to see you all at some Mixers, classes or webinars soon! Stay safe and stay colorful, Team iColorist Send us a message |

Kevin has announced two live online color training paths for the first quarter of 2021, and is debuting a new ICA initiative –Deep Dives! Deep Dives are short 4 hour online sessions, live with an instructor for those that want to test the waters (see what I did there) before committing to a longer class. The first four of these sessions cover RGB Mixer, YRGB curves, PowerGrades and Skin. Deep Dives are also ideal for anyone that took a class in the past and would like a refresher. |

Mar 6-7 with Warren Eagles
Warren visited Taipei in late 2019. Travel restrictions mean Warren cannot go back at the moment, so his next RG204 class will be run via ZOOM with class media and student submissions being managed by Frame io. The class has Mandarin translation and is fully iColorist certified.
