Welcome to our June ICA newsletter.
We are nearly 6 months into 2019 and the training season is about to kick off. We are really pleased to announce the first ICA classes in Melbourne Australia, Bogota Colombia and Madrid Spain. The Hawaiian Colorist Summit Oct 5-13 will be officially launched later this month with 4 instructors, utilising 2 rooms over 9 days including a Boot Camp Day and Colorist Mixer pool party. In true Summit tradition tickets will be less expensive than normal, and networking and mixing is encouraged at every stage so demand will be high. Check out the icolorist Facebook Page for a sneak peek of what's on offer!
Jeff Greenberg has joined the ICA to teach Editing and Color. Jeff brings a wealth of experience to our training line up. He can teach everything:) Long term Dutch Colorist Guy Molin is back as an ICA trainer after taking a year in 2018. Guy and Warren will be running a joint Advanced Resolve class in Amsterdam just before IBC. Remember to reach out if you’d like to see an ICA class in your town. See you soon.

“It is amazing that it has taken nearly 10 years for us to finally announce Melbourne ICA classes, especially as our good friends Blackmagic Design are based here. "Having working on the Nicolas Cage Movie 'Ghost Rider' in 2005, I am really looking forward to getting back to Melbourne. The plan is to bring more ICA classes here in 2020” Warren Eagles |

EP10 DARIO BIGI - THE EAST VILLAGE
This episode really gets to the heart of what the Color Tour Podcast is all about. Dario Bigi is New York through and through. Born in Queens he has been an East Village resident for over 20 years now. He is an owner operator and runs his grading shop out of his apartment. Dario is the first CT Podcast colorist who hasn’t come via the traditional telecine grading route. We move from his rooftop to his grading set up. Before venturing 200 yards down the street to a swanky East Village cocktail bar.
