Dead people’s goals
When you feel a difficult emotion… gentle acceptance… self compassion… you’ll be there for you.
Your emotions contain signposts to your values.
How do we get to the truth of our values and emotions? By asking at the end of each day:
"What did I do today that was worthwhile?"
And — importantly — this deep inquiry is not to feel bad about what we did not accomplish, but rather, to help us better align each day.
Transformation through creation.
