What is within leaks out through our actions and attitudes, revealing our inner environment.

If one is rude and hateful, they have that within them.

If they have that within them, we can be sure that they are miserable and in pain.

However, the more conscious and aware we come to be in our lives the more we become the alchemist of our own emotions, and the more we can cleanse and purify our inner environment.
