I asked Amalie what she liked most about glass blowing or torching glass art, and here’s what she said:

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT THE ART OF GLASS BLOWING?

“That it seems to use enough of my brain and body mixture to allow me to not dwell. I can't get sloppy with my thoughts or actions or I will be severely burnt.”  

“I've been making jewelry since I was like 14. I have done many many many other things but necklace pendants have been something I have made pretty much the whole time.”
