What’s weighing on you?


Perhaps it’s something you’ve been putting off or procrastinating and the weight of that is becoming a burden.


Perhaps you're afflicted with depression and/or addiction, fear and/or anxiety.



These are incredible challenges but many have overcome them.



We may never feel like it until we do it.



So we do one of the many good things that help, like Mel Robbins’ 5x5 rule. Like taking action first, beginning with dynamic movement, even — or especially — when we don’t feel like it.



These things send signals and energy to our bodies.



And then we do the next thing.



I’ve been there. I’ve done it. All of it.


Not easy, but entirely possible and worth every ounce of effort.

As my coach used to shout out in his baritone athletic coach’s voice at our outdoor sunrise workouts… “YES YOU CAN!”
