Tony Robbins. A giant of a man, he became who he is because of the abuse he endured as a child and teen. He hasn’t always been 6’ 7”. That was caused by a tumor at the base of his skull.
As a child his family received a grocery bag of food for Thanksgiving because his family was too poor to afford their own holiday meal.
That experienced angered his father. For the impressionable young Tony, he marveled at the kindness of strangers and resolved that one day he would also help feed the hungry.
Today, he’s fed over a billion people in 10 years. He sleeps only 4 hours a night. Most of the rest of every day, he’s working.
Some take to bitterness and victim. Others take to transformation and strength. Whatever pain is in your past, don’t let it stop you, let it fuel your future aspirations.
