When we feel our weakest… down… uncertain… fearful… whatever challenge is before us, we can INVOKE STRENGTH by helping another, directly or indirectly. 

We can consciously create a different state at any moment and it comes easier with practice. One of the easiest ways to transformation is to serve another, for it puts us outside of ourselves… outside of that bubble of fabricated struggle, and puts us into the frequency of love.

We can serve by simply sending love and light to another… and the harder it is, such as through strained relations, the greater the illumination in our hearts.
