Saga Resolved!

If you read my email yesterday, you’ll recall my sharing that the day before was a most frustrating day, which I recovered somewhat through laughter and — as usual, the ever reliable — ever present heartbeat of gratitude.

The next day was vastly better, more fluid and flowing, and challenges were more easily discovered and resolved. Why? Mainly because I decided to love what I was doing rather than resist it by not wanting to do it, and by wishing it wasn’t as it is.

Virtual mentors always help. To tune into my favorite visionary leaders always gives me a hand up out of whatever downer I’ve let myself get into. 

This time it was Monty Moran’s chapter on high performers versus low performers from his book, Love is Free, Guac is Extra, that night. Next I watched/listened to Dr. Joe Dispenza with Aubrey Marcus, on the YouTube version of Aubrey’s podcast, and continued with that the next morning.. 

It worked. 

It always does.

POSSIBILITY THINKING

Immersion in positivity turned my gaze from what isn’t to face the reality of what is through the light possibility.

What a difference an attitude makes.

When we have to do something that’s hard… that we don’t like or want to do, we can choose to enjoy ourselves anyway, for if we approach it with a sour attitude we make that time worse. 

To resist and lament the inevitable is to amplify the negatives. Instead, find the good, for there is always something good.

If we approach it with an attitude of gratitude, we can actually find ourselves enjoying it and at least enjoy our day anyway, in spite of it if not because of it.

Every day may not be good, but there’s something good in every day.
