Easing into it? If you’re easing into it and getting your feet back under you after the whirlwind holidays, keep at and you will get back on track and into a rhythm.
Overwhelmed? If you’re already feeling behind… or overwhelmed at all that you want to do versus where you are or how much you feel you’ve not yet done, take heart. Realize this is your life.
Relax... but Focus You’re in it for the long haul, so relax around the urgency, yet step into an increased intensity and focus, for that is what it will take to achieve all that you wish to accomplish.
What to do…? Take the next step in front of you, and then you take another. One step at a time. When the way is murky, simple proceed to the next visible step. When the fog clears, you can resume your visioning.
