We've written a lot about fear in these past couple months for obvious reasons. Getting rid of fear, anxiety, and depression, is not a one-and-done kind of thing.
Like exercise, it's requires ongoing effort to loosen the grip of fear and replace it with the embrace of gratitude.
The good news is that it works, and, like exercise, it gets easier the more we do it. So exercise the power you have to change your state, and share this with others to help them as well.

Worry, Fear and Panic will not serve us. These evil triplets zap life, creativity and wisdom.
Gratitude, will. Creativity, will. Love, will. These angelic triplets are our guardian angels leading the way out of fear.
Let Gratitude, Creativity and Love into your life. Release anger and resentments… arguments and criticisms. Release fear and negativity and replace each negative that pops up with a positive and a gratitude, for there is always something for which to be grateful.
There is always something good. To hold onto what isn’t, negates the potential of what is. To hold onto past hurts, is to hinder the birth of the present.
