Flow state. We can enter it when it catches us and carries us away. 

And… we can also create it, for we are learning to no longer be at the mercy of outer influences but rather to create the state we wish to be in through the choices we make and the actions we take.

We are creators. Our destiny is to create the thoughts that construct the worlds in which we wish to dwell. For that happens anyway automatically. But now we are making it conscious and intentional.

No longer do our thoughts make us. Rather, we are the maker of our thoughts. Like well seasoned actors on the stage of life, we are to become the script-writer, producer and director of our own show.
