Subject: It’s Okay to Be Afraid

Thankful Thursday, Friend!

It’s perfectly normal and okay to be concerned, fearful, depressed, anxious… any of that, and all the more if you live alone, or are struggling with finances, health, relationships or anything else.

These uncertain times can layer stress upon stress to the point of feeling unbearable. If you’re struggling and suffering, know that you’re not alone and you need not suffer alone. Share your concerns with friends, to me via reply, and/or in the iCreateDaily Facebook group.

While our foundation with iCreateDaily is positivity and optimism, because what we FOCUS on grows, we’re not about denying stress and struggle. We’re here for you and fellow community members are also certain to rally to your support.

So, have a good cry, shout, yell… stomp and punch the air… whatever you feel like doing to work out some of the stress hormones.
