Every expression that we emit originates within us. It doesn’t matter what “out there” might catalyze it. What matters is how we transmute it, for we cannot express that which is not within us.

If we express frustration, then that informs us of an opportunity to transform that moment into something higher and better. We can invoke patience and acceptance, understanding and gratitude, love and compassion at any moment of any day.

If we react in anger, frustration, irritation, or any other negative emotion, we are allowing that to exist, express and perpetuate.

We can change that any time we choose.

We are creators. It is our destiny… our next giant leap as humanity, is to recognize our divinity as alchemists, capable of transformation.

When we transform a negative to a positive, we have elevated that energy within us, around us and in the world.
