Have you noticed an uptick in optimism around this new year... 2020..? The more people that are more optimistic, the better for all and for our planet.

Fear doesn't change an outcome... it just causes us to suffer more and longer. So let's focus on gratitude and blessings... on optimism and hope and pursuit of creativity, positivity, beauty and love.

And when things aren't going well... we can love what is. Dwell on what is good and right and true and beautiful... dwell in the heart of love and the belly of laughter and you shall have more of those special human joys that connect us with each other and with our divinity.

Any day is a good day to practice good habits, but what better day than the first day of a new year to go a little deeper?

A good habits list is a handy tool for helping you up your game and improve your life. Substituting just one negative habit for a positive one can make a huge difference over time.

Little things add up over time, so better to stack the little positives and they become substantial.

Most people, when asked what they want in life, know one thing for certain: they want to be happy. They may not know exactly what they want and they may not yet know their purpose, but they do know that they want a positive and happy life.

Simply swapping out a bad habit for a good one… and then another, and another over time, is one way to achieve that. These various good habits lists may help to give you ideas for some swaps that will serve your aspirations.
